CHART & FIT GUIDE
CARE
- Machine washable for easy care.
- Warm water.
- Use mild detergent.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not dry clean.
- Hang to air-dry in a well ventilated area.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Open all closures.
- Lay the brace flat with the inside facing up.
- Notice the condyle pads on each side.
- They can be peeled away and re-applied in any position you desire.
- If unsure leave as is.
- Knee slightly bent, wrap the support from behind the knee.
- Position around knee cap above and below the cutout.
- Close below knee cap first, then follow with the upper segment.
- Tighten as desired.
- Place centre of X-LOCK strap behind the knee and close above and below the front of knee as shown.
- See image on front of pack.
- Flex knee to make sure the hook has gripped strongly enough.
- If at all uncomfortable, open and re-apply.
- Adjust for comfort.
- You should feel firm compression and protection.
- Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
- Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
- Always choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing.
